2. Services
Transimex Canada provides international and domestic freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and logistics solutions. Our services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and international conventions governing the transport of goods.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments
- Comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations
- Ensure all goods are properly packaged and labeled
- Not ship prohibited or restricted items without proper authorization
- Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
4. Liability
Transimex Canada's liability for loss or damage to goods is limited as specified in the applicable bill of lading or contract of carriage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Insurance
We recommend that all shipments be insured. Transimex Canada can arrange cargo insurance upon request. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are shipped at the owner's risk.
6. Payment Terms
All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges. Transimex Canada reserves the right to hold shipments until outstanding balances are settled.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Transimex Canada and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
